The post provides an opportunity for practitioners with expertise in CYPs mental health and wellbeing, and experience and training in evidence based Psychological Therapies and Interventions to take a key role in a programme of work at national level. A key new addition is the development of the NES Enhanced Psychological Practice (EPP) Programme CYP which includes a pathway targeted at practitioners working with Children, Young People and their Families (EPP-CYP). There are also established programmes of working focused on education and training in evidence-based parenting interventions, infant mental health, early intervention approaches to children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing, and multi-discplinary CAMHS workforce. All of these offers are underpinned by the latest research and practice within the field of Implementation Science, to ensure that this work maximises reach and impact, in a sustainable way.
