An exciting opportunity has arisen within Glasgow City HSCP for a Lead Advanced
Nurse Practitioner. This post will provide clinical, operational and professional leadership to the ANP team within Care Homes, Hospital @ Home and District Nursing. You will be a registered nurse educated to masters level in advanced practice that will enable competence in Clinical Assessment, Anatomy and Pathophysiology, Non Medical Prescribing (V300) leading and delivering care. You will have significant experience either within primary care or acute services working as an ANP and will have demonstrable leadership skills. The post will be integral to the development of the ANP service and will provide support to ANP/Trainee ANPs working across Care Homes, District Nursing and Hospital at Home within the HSCP.
