We are seeking to employ enthusiastic Nursing Assistants to work within the Learning Disability Assessment and Treatment unit at Woodland View, Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine. 

The team is multi-disciplinary and is part of North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership. 

You must have at least 6 months experience of working with people with a learning disability and additional complex needs in an inpatient assessment and treatment service or comparable facility.  

It is essential that you possess good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work as part of a team. 

You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of person centered approaches, positive behaviour support and of the health needs of people with a learning disability.

This post is permanent and you will work an average of 37.5 hours per week covering a 24 hour service.
