We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Health visiting team
The post holder will assist the Public Health Nurses by contributing to the work of the Public Health Agenda, through participation in the Health Improvement process, assessment of health needs and provision of planned care, to individual families or groups within school and wider communities.
