LOCUM APPOINTMENT FOR TRAINING IN NEUROLOGY

Applications are welcome for the above Fixed Term, Full time (40 hours per week) post based in the Department of Clinical Neurosciences at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
The Neurology Department within the Department of Clinical Neurosciences are looking to appoint to the above post for a one year fixed term appointment. The post holder will be expected to work within the neurological training grade team.
The duties of the post will be the same as those of an experienced neurological registrar. Duties will include ward management, clinic and contributing to on-call services.
Applications will also be considered from CCT holders in neurology.

This post has deanery approval for training and the successful applicant will receive training opportunities at the appropriate level based on previous experience. Please see the job description along with the National Person Specification.
There may be a possibility to extend this appointment to the end of the training year. The extension may be at any of the hospitals on the rotation.
