1 Full time MSK permanent 37.5 hours per week

1 Part time Diabetes/ Wounds permanent 22.5 hours per week (over three days)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 experienced HCPC registered podiatrists to join our team in Forth Valley.

You must be a team player, flexible, with the ability to plan and organise your caseload effectively, as you will be working across several locations. You must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be able to negotiate with, and motivate your patients to improve their foot health. The caseload that you will cover will provide care mainly to patients in health centres, patients’ own homes and community hospitals. You will be involved in nail surgery on a rotational basis. 

 As a band 6 specialist podiatrist you will undertake a lead specialist role in an agreed clinical area and be responsible for organising and planning this specialist caseload within your locality area. You will be expected to utilise your skills and knowledge to drive the ongoing development of the podiatry service.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
