Exciting opportunity for a Capital Project Manager working with a team responsible for the delivery of capital projects in NHS Lothian
Reporting to the Senior Capital Programme Manager and working closely with Clinical Services, this post will provide project management expertise to support the delivery of capital projects in NHS Lothian, ranging in value, across the whole of the estate.
With strong influencing and communication skills you will require to evidence significant experience of Project Management in a healthcare or equivalent, complex environment and will have the ability to inspire confidence and respect to lead and deliver in a clinically sensitive and demanding environment. Key to the success of this role is good analytical and judgement skills together with knowledge and understanding of building regulations and the relevant NHS technical policies.
Applicants should have a degree in property, finance or business related subject plus a relevant post graduate qualification relevant to the role such as project management, capital planning, finance, procurement or evidence of equivalent knowledge and skills.
