We are looking to recruit Clerical Coordinator to join our team. You will contribute to the smooth running of the busy Clerical team where multi-tasking and flexibility is essential. Ideally the applicant would be proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft Packages, have good organisational and planning skills, have the ability to prioritise and delegate work, and work on their own initiative whilst under pressure. Good communication and team working skills are essential. Knowledge of Trackcare and Sci Store is desirable, though not essential as training will be given. You must be able to lift and handle quantities of medical casenotes and able to bend / stretch to retrieve and file notes. The ability to travel across sites to meet the needs of the service may be required.
