DOMESTIC AND LAUNDRY SERVICES MANAGER
Band 7: £40,872 - £47,846
37.5 hours per week – Full Time, Permanent
We are looking to appoint an individual who can demonstrate excellent day to day leadership and communication skills to manage Domestic & Laundry Services within Raigmore Hospital.
A previous track record of successfully delivering a high standard of service provision and budgetary control within a Facilities environment is essential.
The postholder will report to the Raigmore Facilities Services Manager and contributes to the strategic planning of Domestic & Laundry Services.
The successful candidate will plan, organise and develop domestic & laundry services within Raigmore Hospital. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and work to the highest standards to provide a service of excellence.
You will need to be flexible, committed and have a positive attitude to your work.
The postholder must be educated to Degree level or equivalent experience & have at least 3 years’ experience of managing a large Facilities department.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
