This post will require Current HCPC registration.
Minimum of 3 years post graduate NHS experience as a physiotherapist band 5/6 in a range of in and outpatient clinical specialties including at least 6 months experience within areas relevant to this post and /or at least 900hrs experience in the exercise component of cardiac rehabilitation or equivalent rehabilitation service. Evidence of relevant post graduate training required.
This post involves working as a specialist within a multi-disciplinary team providing specialist advice to cardiac patients ensuring the development and delivery of evidence-based care. Acting as a skilled practitioner choosing, managing, planning and delivering the most appropriate treatment programmes to suit individuals needs ensuring access to high quality and equitable service for hospital and community settings.
The hours are worked 8am - 4pm
