An exciting opportunity has arisen within Glasgow City Health & Social Care Partnership which will be of interest to highly motivated individuals who have the ability to effectively manage, direct and motivate others to deliver high quality business administration support services. They will require senior management knowledge and experience of managing business administration staff and resources, along with awareness of key areas of integrated service provision. This leadership role will be responsible for the strategic direction, development and management of all integrated business admin operational support functions and projects. This involves the provision, deployment and delivery of effective support arrangements
which meet the statutory requirements and business needs across the health and social care system, and the HSCP’s wider Corporate Partner organisations including Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. This is a joint role which will be accountable for approx. 1300 health and council administrative staff who provide business support across all services within GHSCP including city wide, locality and hosted arrangements. The post is excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013.
