IT Support Apprentice

We are looking for a talented individual to join our IT team in this new apprenticeship role. This is an exciting opportunity offering a great combination of technical challenge, responsibility and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of systems and at the same time work towards a professional qualification

As well as working full-time gaining valuable experience in practical IT problem solving, the successful candidate will undertake a work-based IT Infrastructure & Support SCQF 6 & 8.

You may, depending on scheme, also be able to gain various technical certifications as a part of your apprenticeship to help advance your IT knowledge to the next level. You will be partnered up with an expert Trainer Assessor, from GP Strategies Training Ltd, who will support and guide you from the outset to completion of the Modern Apprenticeship Programme.

You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft office and have experience working with applications and databases. Good problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. However just as important are your interpersonal and communication skills as you will be working with a wide range of staff and volunteers across the organisation.

£19,487. On achievement of qualification rising to £21,709 - £23,603.
