Owing to a significant expansion in the child and young person’s mental service responsible for East Renfrewshire We require to recruit a clinical coordinator who while have a key role in the progression of three streams of service delivery as part of strategic recovery and renewal planning.
The scope and range of the post will cover an early intervention pathway in partnership with education and social care colleagues, and a neurodevelopmental pathway both of which will support the core clinical delivery of a tier 3 child and young person’s mental team.
The successful applicant will have a first level degree in a relevant professional field with evidence of further personal and professional development. The applicant should be able to demonstrate evidence of delivery in workforce planning, service development, clinical governance and wellbeing and staff development.
The successful candidate will be supported through regular supervision and a comprehensive development plan.
The shift pattern for this post is during Mon-Frid 9am -5pm
