​​​​​​​We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Services Secretary to join our team at our Harry Walker Centre

The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

The successful candidate should hold SA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.

Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure.
