Administrative Officer Band 3 – 1 post full time, 2 year fixed term
Pharmacy Services - PREPARATIVE SERVICES – WoSCC
This is a full time post 37.5hrs and will be worked Monday to Friday and includes participation in public holidays.
NHS GGC Pharmacy Services, Pharmacy Department, West of Scotland Cancer Centre are looking to recruit band 3 administrative officer to join our team.
- The main duties include
- Organizing the community pharmacy prescription service.
- Ensuring that the Medication home delivery service is organized.
- Other duties include supporting the Lead Clinical Pharmacist with administrative task (recruitment paperwork, sickness absence etc)
- The post holder will be required to line –manage 1 band 2 Admin Officer.
Applicants should have good IT skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word and Excel
