As a Team Secretary, you will provide a comprehensive, confidential secretarial and administrative service to the East Addictions Team within the Community Health & Care Service, East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership.
You should possess an SVQ Level III in Business Administration/IT or equivalent with secretarial experience and proven minute taking experience.
You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages. Experience of working in an NHS environment with an understanding/experience of NHS networks is desirable.
You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.
The ability to work unsupervised whilst using your own initiative is essential as is being able to work to challenging timescales by organising and prioritising your workload and having the flexibility to adapt to change and last minute demands.
1x full time fixed-term / secondment post - please not a secondment must be agreed with your current line manager.
