The Central Resource Team within NHS24 are looking for a great communicator with an understanding of forecasting principles. You must have experience within a resource planning environment and the ability to analyse complex data and make recommendations. If you are self-motivated, enjoy working with a team and can work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

Working as a Resource Planner, you will assist in the planning of our Workforce in the Virtual Contact Centre environment, ensuring exceptional service provision is available to all patients. As a Resource Planner you will be part of a busy and growing team playing your part in helping ensure that patients and the public are first in everything NHS Scotland does.
