The Information Governance and Security Team are looking to recruit a self-motivated team member with excellent interpersonal skills and an organised approach to take on the exciting role of Caldicott and DPA Coordinator. You will be a key member of a diverse and skilled information governance team.​​​​​​​

You will be the main point of contact for internal staff in application of the Caldicott Principles however, there will be other responsibilities, such as supporting and regular review of the Board’s Information Asset Register to ensure it is complete and up to date and provide standard set reports to senior managers.

Assist with the completion of statistical information for reports for presentation to IG&S Operational and Steering Group.

You will handle telephone and email queries from the general public, patients and staff and log all enquiries and requests for support via ServiceDesk or similar system. This is an important role, which requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be a team player with excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills and experience gathered in a similar role.
