ACHSCP – Advanced Nurse Practitioners / Trainee ANP - Community & Out-Reach Services
Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership are delighted to be able to offer an exciting opportunity for two WTE Advanced Nurse Practitioners to work in a variety of settings across the city providing Advanced Nursing care to patients within a nurse-led service. The successful candidates will be part of a developing out-reach service and peripatetic model of service delivery. This will involve working from a variety of locations which will include, but not limited to, the Timmermarket, Healthy Living at the Healthy Hoose in the Middlefield Hub and Marywell Health Centre.
A special interest in working within substance misuse and addressing health inequalities will be of benefit as well as skills and experience of primary care service provision, including sexual health care.
The successful candidates will work autonomously and be responsible for the assessment, examination and treatment of patients within their care.
If you are a Registered Nurse with a Msc or PgDip in Advanced Clinical Practice and would welcome the opportunity to work in a nurse-led service addressing health inequalities, then this may be the role for you.
We will also consider applications for Trainee ANP posts. If successful, Annexe 21 Terms and Conditions will apply.
For informal enquires then please contact Denise Johnson, Deputy Lead Nurse denise.johnson@nhs.scot or Julie-Anne Stuart, Lead ANP Julie.stuart2@nhs.scot
