Personal Assistant / Administrator - Inverness, Assynt House or Dingwall, Larachan House
Band 4 - £23,709 - £25,982 per annum
Permanent - 37.5 hours per week
NHS Highland are looking for an experienced PA/Administrator to join the Community Directorate and the role can be based at either Larachan House, Dingwall or Assynt House, Inverness.
The person we are looking for will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding organisational abilities, able to deal confidently with senior managers, staff and stakeholders. They will be confident, self-organised, meticulous and an active team player who loves to work in a busy environment.
The post holder will need to be flexible, as the job entails undertaking a variety of duties including but not limited to, confidential secretarial and administrative support, diary management, and project administration. They will also act as secretariat for meetings and steering groups involving stakeholders and representatives from across the health & social care sector and will have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
They will have an HNC/HND in Office Administration (or related subject) or equivalent level of experience and be able to demonstrate an ability to operate within a senior administrative and secretarial role. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word, Excel, MSTeams and PowerPoint is required. A knowledge of PECOS would be beneficial, though training will be provided.
