We are looking for TWO part time Clinic Receptionists to support our Out Patient Clinics in the Out Patient B and Dermatology Clinic Areas at Vale of Leven Hospital. The successful candidate will have two standard grades (including English) with a PC/Word Processing/Database qualification being desirable or relevant experience. Essentially, you will have 1-2 years experience in an administrative role preferably working in a hospital or other public service. Experience of using Trakcare or use of a large database is desirable. You should be organised and have good communication skills as well as being a good team player and able to work on your own initiative. A flexible approach to work as well as being reliable with good attendance is required.
