We are seeking two, experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join a well-established Individual Placement and Support (IPS) vocational rehabilitation service within Edinburgh’s Health and Social Care Partnership.
You will have skills and confidence in managing a caseload of clients with complex mental health conditions and preferably experience of providing a line management role. Committed to delivery of the highest quality of service, you will be actively engaged in the process of using data to produce improvements and better outcomes for clients.

 MOHO underpins the approach, and the WRI (Worker Role Interview) is administered routinely.

A flexible, positive, approach with strong recovery-focused belief in our clients’ ability to work is essential for this busy, multifaceted post.

There are 64 hours available (1.71 WTE) Discussions will take place with successful candidates re preferred number of hours.
