The shift pattern for this post is ​​​​​​​flexible , Monday to Sunday, one weekend in four, Public Holidays & OOH to meet the needs of the service.

The post holder will be expected to provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies.

The post holder will be a first level nurse who will support the District Nurse/Charge nurse in delivering care to patients within the caseload.
