An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant to join our new Community Care and Treatment Centre Nursing Teams. These teams will be based within various locations across Dundee City.
Working within a team you will provide care and support to patients and support to their carers within a clinic setting.
Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership is in the implementation phase of Transforming Primary Care Services and part of this new work is to develop and embed a new model to provide treatment room care for patients in Dundee. You will have a desire to work in the community, and have communication skills as well as experience of working within a health or social care setting. You will be required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout your employment.
