This is an exciting opportunity to join our treatment room, and nursing teams, at Coatbridge Health Centre.
The post holder will be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration who will support the community nursing service in the delivery of the highest quality of health care and will be responsible and accountable for providing skilled nursing interventions as appropriate. The post holder will ensure a person-centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy, whilst providing an accessible, appropriate, high quality and effective care service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with patients, care providers and other agencies.
The successful candidate will:
Be required to demonstrate excellent team working skills with the ability to work using own initiative
Have effective listening, communication, interpersonal skills, excellent time management skills and a working knowledge of basic information technology
Be able to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
