​​​​​​​An exciting opportunity has arisen within Digital Services for 3 x Facilitators to support the planning and implementation of the e-Rostering project within NHS Ayrshire & Arran. You will provide comprehensive facilitation support to the project manager in all aspects of the implementation of the e-Rostering solution. The ability to understand complex information and diagnose system related issues by working in close collaboration with colleagues within the digital services team and all services within the wider organisation are essential skills required along with the ability to work under pressure with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service delivery.

You will preferably have experience or knowledge of clinical systems used within Secondary care and Primary & Community Services and must have evidential experience in support & facilitation, implementation & training. You must be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience.

This is a full-time post. Location: Hybrid Hours: 37.5 per week over 5 days. 1 x Fixed term/secondment for 24 Months

A car owner/driving licence is essential.

This is a Band 5 post.
