We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Dietitian to join our Community Nutrition Support Dietetic Service in NHS Dumfries and Galloway.
Working as a valued part of our team, you will provide an evidenced based dietetic service to a range of clinical specialities, within outpatient areas, including clinics, community hospitals, domiciliary visits and care and nursing homes. Caseload includes cover for nutrition support in adults, including oral nutritional support and home enteral tube feeding, as well as triaging patient referrals.
This post will be based in Mountainhall Treatment Centre, Dumfries, and will provide dietetic cover to areas within our beautiful rural towns and countryside, with excellent transport links to Carlisle, Glasgow, Edinburgh and other cities in the UK.
You will contribute to supervision within the team and student training, including A, B and C placement student dietitians.
Car driver is essential for this role.
