The Continence Care Service is part of Hospital & Hosted Services. The Continence Care Service provides services for patients in Edinburgh, East Lothian and Midlothian. Monday – Friday 9:00 – 15:00, excluding local and Public Holidays.
As a Supply Coordinator, you will be part of a call centre team, collecting and documenting patient information, checking deliveries and receipting them for payment, ordering registered users incontinence products on health and supplier systems, directing callers to clinical colleagues or to other NHS Services.
You are required to listen sensitively, communicate clearly and accurately. Patients that you deal with on the telephone may be nervous, anxious or upset. You will be required to be focused and maintain a professional approach on every call.
