This is a full-time permanent post.
We are looking for someone to provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals and others.
The post holder will:
- act as the first point of contact for patients attending the Dialysis Unit and to portray the Service in the highest possible professional basis.
- ensure that enquires from patients are efficiently and courteously handled.
- assist the clinical and nursing team in the service and delivery of patient centered care.
- be responsible for administration tasks associated with the running of a busy reception area, computer literate, requires friendly confident manner for dealing with General Public.
The successful candidate will be the only member of the renal admin team at the New Victoria ACH site. Part of role involves covering a very busy reception desk, therefore, experience working in a patient facing NHS environment, working knowledge of NHS IT systems and general IT skills would be advantageous.
