We are looking for a Band 6 Diabetes nurse to join our fantastic team.
The diabetes team care for approx. 263 children and young people with a diagnosis of diabetes.
The role would involve managing your own caseload of patients and providing support and education to families and care providers within the community setting.
If you have a minimum of 5 years clinical experience, compassionate and dedicated to developing our Paediatric diabetes service we would love to hear from you.
We will support your development when you join our team which will be led by our Diabetes Nurse Team Leader.
