To meet the increasing demand for ServiceNow services and functionality from our customers, the NSS Digital & Security SBU is seeking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic Technician to support our team in the development & configuration of ServiceNow. The work will be delivered using Agile development practices, in a series of time-boxed sprints, therefore a working knowledge of Agile practices is desirable. The team are also responsible for the day-to-day management & administration of the ServiceNow production environment.
The successful post holder will configure and test the changes required. Most of the configuration work will be undertaken using tools in the web based ServiceNow User Interface. Some of the tasks will involve external components such as data integration. Working knowledge of relational databases and ITIL Processes is desirable.
