Band 6 Full Time Position

Nutrition Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join and support the Nutrition Specialist Team within the North sector. This post will be based mainly in GRI.  A Nurse Practitioner is a Registered Nurse who has acquired additional specialist knowledge and experience. Working within the nursing and multi professional team you will ensure a high standard of care to a defined patient group and competently manage the patient pathway while offering support to patient and family. Entwined around this core duty are ties of consultancy, teaching, management and research and its application.  It is essential you are a First Level Registered Nurse educated to Degree level with significant post registration experience  and demonstrate evidence of clinical practice  and experience relevant to the responsibilities of this post.  and evidence of continued professional development,

This post is 37.5 hrs or part time hours will be considered for the right candidate with possible job sharing opportunities.

The post has a mixture of Practitioner and ward roles
