We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a desire to develop their knowledge and skills in Administration and begin a career within administration in a Human Resources setting.

The successful candidate will join the Recruitment Team as we face a sustained period of change and development within NHS Highland and the wider Scottish Health Service. You will be involved in supporting the Recruitment Team which is responsible for the recruitment of all directly-employed non-medical and dental posts as well as delivering high quality, professional recruitment guidance to NHS Highland managers.

Candidates must be committed to all aspects of learning and development in the role, and will be fully supported to work across the team to help develop as broad an understanding of the service as possible.

Grade: Band 2 (Annex 21) Salary:  Band 2 (£19,609 - £21,615) per annum
75% top of band on commencement (uplifted to Scottish Living Wage): £19,609 per annum
