Service Manager - Locality Health & Care Services ​​​​​​​
This is a full time permanent post within Locality Health & Care Service based at the Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock.

The successful candidate will have the option of being appointed on either NHS Ayrshire & Arran or East Ayrshire Council terms or conditions

EAC 35hrs per week Annual Salary - £51,069- £55,000
NHS 37.5hrs per week Annual Salary - Band 8A £49,480 - £53,414
Selection Process

Stage One – Longleet –  24 October 2022

This stage will consider the criteria set out in the person specification for qualifications and experience.

Stage Two – Assessment Centre –  week commencing 7 November 2022

Only those whose evidence meets the highest standard expected for this role across all essential selection criteria will be shortlisted for attendance at the assessment centre.

Stage Three – Shortleet –  21 November 2022

This stage will consider the results of the Assessment Centre with candidates who are successful in the assessment process being invited to the final stage.

Stage Four – Final Interview and Presentation – 7 December  2022

This stage will involve a panel interview and a presentation designed to assess your experience and leadership behaviours.
