An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month fixed term post as Partnership Finance Manager within our Finance Directorate. The post holder will support the Chief Finance Officer in the delivery of their statutory responsibilities towards the Integration Joint Board, and will deliver professional, consistent and appropriate financial management across the Partnership, in line with statutory accounting guidance and regulations.

- Have a recognised CCAB full qualification or similar business qualification eg. MBA, or equivalent (CCAB required degree level entry plus normally 3 to 4 years’ study to qualification to become qualified).
- Have experience of working at a senior level in a large and complex organisation, preferably NHS, local authority or other public sector.
- Demonstrate good leadership and influencing skills.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of tools and techniques for strategic business support and performance management with a proven track record in collaborative working that produces results.
- Work closely with local authority colleagues and will have the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with key partner organisations.
Our success begins with you. With an integrated Partnership revenue budget of approximately £443m for 2022/23, there is a need for high quality finance staff to support our business. We are looking for people who are committed to working in a demanding but enjoyable role whilst employed within the NHS, working across all aspects of Health and Social Care Partners especially Local Authority and Third and Independent sector, with a varied portfolio of services that are managed within the Directorate and Partnership. You will work closely with dynamic and enthusiastic professionals who are committed to making a difference.
Flexible, remote and hybrid working arrangements will be considered and encouraged, and we would be happy to discuss this further with you, especially due to the fixed term nature of this post. Part-time working may also available.
