​​​​​​​The post holder will facilitate access to oral health promotion, dental preventive and treatment services through all Dental Public Health Programmes. 

The post holder will; 

  • Support the delivery of Childsmile programmes e.g. toothbrushing, and  Fluoride Varnish in nurseries and schools
  • may provide support to vulnerable families in their own homes 
  • provide support to a wider range of establishments including nursing homes, prison, homeless units, community and primary care dental service settings. ​​​​​​​

Minimum Requirements 

  • SVQ 3 in Health Care, or working towards, or equivalent experience working with a caring environment/ role.
