An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven individual to specialise in Medical Staffing within the Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Service.

​​​​​​​The successful candidate will provide an efficient, comprehensive and accurate administrative service for the medical staff in the service. The individual will have the ability to form good working relationships and influence others effectively. The post holder will work closely with senior management to ensure effective medical staffing across the service, this will provide continuous development opportunities for the individual.

This post requires proven work experience, including sustained administration or PA/secretarial experience, preferably gained in a similar environment.  Candidates should be qualified to HNC level or have equivalent experience and be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Teams.

Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills, experience of minute taking, keyboard skills and presentation skills are required. Confidentiality and a confident approach to handling competing priorities are essential for this rewarding post.
