An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to work within the Medicine Division within NHS Tayside.
The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for providing leadership, and to manage and develop the administrative and clerical staff and services within the Acute Medicine Division across Tayside, ensuring objectives and targets are met and the effective and efficient use of resources. The postholder will provide support to the Clinical Care Groups and Medicine Management Team and ensure that patient safety and patient experience are at the forefront of all decisions.
The post holder will be required to work with a wide range of multidisciplinary teams to support the planning and delivery of administrative services to meet local, national and regional strategies. The successful candidate will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to allow the development of key working relationships.
