​​​​​​​An exciting opportunity has transpired within our fast paced and high demanding Human Resources Recruitment Department

Within the team, you will be required to support the provision of a comprehensive Recruitment Service to managers and staff within NHS Lanarkshire (with the exception of Medical, Dental and Clinical Scientific staff).  It is also essential that you provide an effective recruitment, selection and redeployment service, supporting and advising line managers on the recruitment/redeployment process.

In order to be shortlisted for the role, you must possess CPP qualification, be working towards this or have two years general administrative experience. 

In order to be successful in this position, you must demonstrate well developed interpersonal skills in customer service, excellent communication skills as well as being efficient with planning and organisation
