We are seeking a self-motivated, forward thinking, enthusiastic professional who wishes to progress their career and join our multi-disciplinary commercial team.

If you are an ambitious professionally qualified surveyor/architect/town planner/engineer or project manager who wishes to move out of your usual role, and use those skills to progress into areas such as construction project management, leading design reviews, leading site options appraisals for new developments, and providing commercial advice on a range of planning matters then this could be your opportunity to further your career working with a major public sector client.

As Property Development Manager, you with the right support, mentoring and development; you could be managing a significant portfolio of projects from inception, development and completion through to commissioning and operation; researching and developing policies; and innovating as well as developing your own skills in: planning, attention to detail, client engagement, project, time, quality, delivery and financial management; and of course your own personal development to grow as an individual and compliment and support the team.

This role would suit appropriately qualified professionals seeking a personal development and learning opportunity to diversify from the usual day to day business to a range of subject areas including property/asset planning and management, design, project delivery town planning and construction.

It is unlikely that the successful candidate will have all these skills and hence why we refer to it as a development and learning role.
