Urgent Care Services Fife (UCSF) are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to support the day to day running of the 24/7 Urgent Care service, providing operational delivery of UCSF and support in assisting in the design, implementation and monitoring of quality and effectiveness initiatives across three sites.

You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to managers and associated staff within the service and contribute to the efficient service delivery of patient care. You will provide comprehensive Human Resource administration and support to managers and staff within UCSF, and ensure appropriate business development and project management support is available to the Operational Management Team and undertake any related project work as required. Effective working relationships will be maintained with both internal and external stakeholders, including all General Practitioners and Practice Managers in Fife and Kinross, and NHS 24.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
