OUR VALUES IN ACTION Care and Compassion - Quality and Teamwork - Dignity and Respect - Openness, honesty and responsibility

NHS Borders is a small but dynamic organisation which is looking to the future. As part of that model, we are looking to engage with our staff to build a high performing, safe health service which supports the wider health needs of the people of the Scottish Borders.

This is an exciting opportunity, on a two year fixed term basis, for an experienced organisational development practitioner in NHS Borders. The role will give you the opportunity to work within a change management and development position. You will contribute to the development of a positive, engaging culture where compassionate leadership will be at the heart of everything we do.

A significant part of the job is to support culture development across sites and disciplines and to promote a constructive culture where people; feel motivated and are encouraged and feel able to do their best for themselves and their organisation and feel there is less conflict because they can talk about things before, they get difficult.  This will be achieved by the postholder performing the role of an Internal Consultant to the organisation, supporting departments, managers, and individuals to achieve their potential.

If you are Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant discipline, have Operational OD/HR practitioner experience in a complex organisation and Knowledge of OD interventions including Coaching, MBTI, Myers Briggs etc we would love to hear from you.
