The Mental Health Occupational Therapy service and The IDEAS Team are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties.
You will work flexibly across the teams and be responsible for implementing and maintaining well-organised administrative systems. You’ll possess excellent communication skills, be a great team player, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure.
This is an integral post to ensure high quality service delivery, enabling the team to achieve their objectives and meet required deadlines.
This is a full time post, 37.5 hours per week, however there may be an opportunity to job share.
Post is fixed term until September 2024
