Fixed Term – 6 Months ​​​​​​​

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Workforce Planner to join the GRS E Rostering Team. This is a National role with flexibility around location and home working based.

As part of the E Rostering team you will be responsible for delivering high quality planning and system management using the National GRS computer system, as well as other duties related to the role of a workforce planner.

You must therefore have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent planning and organisational skills, be a team player and be able to deal with a range of competing priorities.

This is an exciting role and you would be joining a small highly motivated team of staff.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a comprehensive level of resource support to our regional workforce teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.

Candidates should have previously worked within a Resource Planning Department and have experience and knowledge of GRS Main Client or a similar resourcing system, with additional and relevant training and support provided.

Candidates must have the ability to work on their own initiative and use relevant information in a systematic way to solve problems whilst demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. 

Experience in the use of excel and spreadsheets is essential.
