Fixed Term contract 12 months


The post holder will be employed within the Quality Improvement team for NHSGGC Specialist Children’s Services.  Main requirements of the post holder are;

responsibility for a variety of development and quality improvement activities including data analysis and application of research skills in consultation with members of the NHSGGC Specialist Children’s team and other disciplines within/outside the NHS.  Co-ordinating projects, collecting data, contributing to meetings, reading and collating policy and guidance.   Communicating analytical and statistical matters to NHSGGC Specialist Children’s Services staff and service users.  Be responsible for supporting enhancements to digital processes and communication platforms.  There are no budget or management responsibilities within this role.  A full description of requirement can be found within the job description


Minimum criteria required for this post are: Experience/Qualifications.  Educated to Degree level or has significant relevant practical experience which demonstrates ability to work at degree level.  Previous relevant experience in a role which required practical use of written English and use of computer systems, data bases, data analysis and Microsoft packages.

Previous project management experience.  The ability to work as a key team player and respond to and meet the demands of a busy team.   Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience of questionnaire development
