The Human Resources directorate have an excellent opportunity to work in our Medical and Dental Services team.
This role has a focus on Employee Relations including conduct, grievance, attendance etc across all grades of medical and dental staff. In addition, you will be involved with additional process/project work including for example New Deal/Working Time for Junior Doctors, Job Planning Process and Discretionary Points.
The post holder will hold a Degree/or be working towards a Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent qualification/experience.
The successful candidate will also evidence:
- Relevant experience within a HR environment.
- A good working knowledge of Human Resource Management, HR best practice and employment legislation.
- Good keyboard skills and IT literacy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written,
- The ability to work autonomously, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to meet service demands
- The ability to work well under pressure
The post holder will hold a current and valid UK Driving Licence.
