The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.00 with 30 minute lunch break.
The post provides comprehensive business and administrative support to Prison Healthcare Senior Management Team, Clinical Lead, GP’s and Admin Team Leads. The post-holder will be required to oversee admin and management services as they relate to the delivery of Health care within HMP Barlinnie, HMP Greenock, HMP Low Moss and the Lillias Centre and is required to be an efficient administrator who contributes significantly to achievement of the role of Management team through provision of a variety of Business Support and administrative duties. The post holder to support GP rota for the four establishments.
Specifically this will include the following main areas: • Business / administration support
- Informational Management and Technology (IM&T) analytical support for the provision of organisation reports
- The post holder works autonomously for much of the time and demonstrate a clear understanding of the organisation.
