Job Advert

The post holder will provide the Perth & Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership with project management support, taking the lead role in specific projects, agreed service developments and initiatives identified by or on behalf of the Partnership.  The post holder will require to ensure that patients and the public are engaged fully in any service change in line with the national and local policy.


The work of the project manager will require to ensure that all work links to the Health & Social Care Partnership’s Strategic Commissioning Plan and priorities, monitoring and reporting progress as necessary. 


Applicants should be educated to degree level, or equivalent experience. Excellent

communication and influencing skills combined with knowledge of the Primary care agenda are essential for this post.
