This is a full time 37.5 hour permanent post worked Monday to Friday.
Work collaboratively with other Acute Services Administration Governance Managers to establish and maintain a system-wide approach for the delivery of efficient, effective and high quality patient administration services which are person-centred, consistent and equitable.
Lead on the implementation of best practice in the administration of patient care, supporting staff through service modernisation and managing change in service delivery as required.
Ensure that administrative standards for patient care are developed and adhered to by administrative staff, medical secretaries, and ward clerks, multi-disciplinary team co-ordinators, and PAs and support staff.
Provide administration team leadership to the Sector: implement performance monitoring systems, maintain key performance indicators for all aspects of service provision and provide regular formal reports to the management team and Patient Administration Governance Group.
You should have advanced keyboard skills requiring high degree of speed and accuracy and good working knowledge of computer software packages.
