The post: 

The Fleet Data Administrator coordinates administrative elements of a diverse program of work to assist the team in developing and implementing a highly efficient, effective and sustainable fleet administration service for the National Fleet Support Unit (NFSU). This includes administering data from different software systems and assisting to analyse and produce reports. Responsible to the Fleet Systems and Administration Manager for the management and development of the departments Fleet Management and Telematics computerised systems, which will support the fleet management support function and all local NHS Scotland fleets, ensuring that they meet the current and future requirements of all 22 NHSS Boards

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who has excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders from across various sectors. You will have experience in all aspects of administration support, providing a full range of administrative and support services. The post holder will assist to facilitate and monitor progress of delegated projects, maintaining project information systems and producing reports as required, to ensure project timescales and objectives are achieved.

The candidate:
Candidates are required to be educated to HNC level or have equivalent knowledge and experience.
